What do your prices include? 

All full packages include: 

  •  2 x 50 minute sets which can also be split into 3 shorter sets 

  • PA system and sound engineer 

  • 1 x learned song request (e.g first dance)

  • Music playback in-between sets

  • Stage lighting

Do you have any video footage of you performing

Yes, to see a selection of videos of our live gigs please go to the gallery page and scroll down to the video gallery. You can also scroll through shorter clips on our Instagram and Tiktok.
 

Can we see you live before booking?

Absolutely! We regularly hold event nights at Matchstick Piehouse in Deptford, South London, as well as performing at other venues around London, such as Hootananny Brixton. To see when we're next performing, check our social media or subscribe to our mailing list at the bottom of the page. If you’re interested in booking us for your event and would like to come to one of our live shows, get in touch

Can we design our own set list? 

While we don’t guarantee a song-for-song set list, we take a lot of care to design a set list that is tailored to your preferences and musical tastes. During the booking process, we encourage you to look through our extensive song library and highlight your favourite tunes. We’ll then curate the evening to take you and your guests on a journey that celebrates the music that means the most to you.

We’re ready to book! What’s next?

Get in touch with us via email at blueflamefunction@gmail.com or fill out our contact form via our contact page. 

 

Once all of the event details are confirmed, we’ll send you a contract and when you’re ready, ask you to pay a deposit to confirm the booking. Deposits are required to be paid within 7 days of receiving the contract. 

 

 

The Technical Stuff

 

Do you have public liability insurance and PAT tests?

Yes, we have full Public Liability insurance provided by the Musicians Union with up to £10,000,000 in cover. Our equipment is also PAT tested where applicable. Most venues have these two factors as a requirement, in which case we can email you or the event planner a copy of the relevant certificates.

How much space do you need for your band to perform? 

We’ve included our rough space requirements below. However, we can be flexible with these measurement depending on the venue's specs. 

 

8-piece band - 6m x 5m

10-piece band - 8m x 5m

12-piece band - 10m x 5m 

 

Do you provide playlist music in-between your sets?

Yes, we can provide a playlist or alternatively you can send us your own playlist, which we can then play through our high quality PA system to keep the party alive during the breaks.

 

Can we use your microphone for speeches?

Absolutely, just let us know in advance what time you would like to make your speeches and we’ll arrange it with our sound engineer. 

Do you perform abroad?

Yes, we travel anywhere in the UK, as well as internationally for destination weddings and events. Our prices will vary depending on location, and prices quoted will cover all travel and accommodation costs. We arrange our own travel, equipment hire and accommodation so you don't have any extra hassle. If you're interested in booking us for an event abroad, please get in touch.
